Refund policy
Overview
Each Devasura Arcanum piece is crafted and printed individually upon order - inspected for quality, packed with care, and dispatched promptly.
Should your order arrive defective, misprinted, incorrect, or damaged in transit, we will gladly arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
As every item is made bespoke, we are presently able to offer replacements only, not returns or refunds, under the conditions outlined below.
Replacement Window
You have 48 hours (2 days) from the date of delivery to request a replacement. Beyond this window, the order is considered accepted and complete.
Eligibility for Replacement
A replacement is valid only if:
- Defective, misprinted or damaged product is received
- Wrong item or size was shipped compared to your order
- Issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Product is unused, unwashed and in original packaging with tags intact
Size related exchange
- Please check the size chart carefully before placing an order. Reach out to us over email or DM on Instagram for any help with the size chart.
- Only one size exchange per order is accepted
- A nominal amount of ₹200 is charged (per item) for exchange as restocking fees
Non-Replacement Situations
We cannot process replacements for:
- Minor variations in colour or print alignment
- Orders placed during limited-time sale events or flash promotions
- Packages damaged while being opened with scissors or sharp objects
- Products used, washed, or without original packaging
Courier Returns
If your parcel is undelivered due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer unreachable or unavailable
- Unserviceable pin code
the order will return to our fulfilment centre. You can request re-shipment by paying the re-shipping cost.
Note: Any advance payments made for Cash on Delivery orders are non-refundable if you do not accept the delivery or if the order is unable to be delivered due to above mentioned reasons.
How to Request a Replacement
- Write to hello@devasuraarcanum.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include:
- Order number
- Clear photos and an unboxing video showing the defect or damage
- Exact description of the issue
- Post verification, we’ll confirm your replacement request via email
⚠️ Replacement requests without unboxing videos or clear photos cannot be processed
Replacement Process
- After approval, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup from your address
- Please hand over the unused product in its original packaging to the delivery agent
- We recommend recording a short video while handing over the parcel
- Upon receipt and inspection at our fulfilment centre, we’ll ship your replacement within 7–10 working days.
- If the same design or size is unavailable, we may offer a replacement of equal value.
Damaged Parcels & Delivery Issues
- If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take photos and videos before opening and note damaged packaging on the delivery slip.
- If the product inside is damaged, email us with unboxing visuals within 48 hours.
- If a product is lost in transit, we will ship a replacement once confirmed by courier tracking.
Colour Variations
Slight variation between screen colours and printed fabric is normal and not considered a defect.
Responsibility and Care
Always unbox items carefully. Cuts caused by sharp objects during opening are not covered under replacement policy.
Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, provided they have not entered processing.
- Once an order is processed, printed, or shipped, cancellation is not possible as each product is made specifically for you.
- Orders placed during sales, promotional campaigns, or with discount codes are not eligible for cancellation.
